- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and no card is needed to start.
- How is Verum different from tests generated from my mapping?
- A test generated from a mapping only knows what the mapping says, and mappings rarely say which rows count, which currency, or what happens to late data. In our test run, mapping-generated tests gave the same verdict on a correct pipeline and a broken one. Verum asks about those unstated rules, measures whether each one changes the number, and computes the expected value from source.
- Do you copy our data?
- No. Databases and buckets are read where they live, read-only. A check pushes one aggregate down and brings back a small result. Your source and target are never synced into Eternity to verify them.
- What does the AI see?
- Table and column names, a small sample of values, your mapping sheet, the questions you ask and the totals Verum computes. It is processed by Anthropic's Claude under terms that prohibit training on your data. Verification itself is plain SQL with no AI in the loop.
- Is Cite included?
- Cite is in pilot. If you are an advocate or a legal team, request pilot access and we will set it up on your plan.
- Who handles payment and tax?
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who handle billing and applicable taxes. The charge on your statement appears as Dodo Payments.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings or email hello@eternity.help. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your first purchase has a 14-day money-back guarantee.
