Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial First

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial — no card required. You can evaluate Eternity fully before paying anything, which is the best refund policy there is.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a subscription and Eternity isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of any plan.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings or by emailing support@eternity.help.
  • After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No further charges.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

4. How Payments & Refunds Are Processed

Paid subscriptions are processed by our merchant-of-record payment partner (named at checkout). The charge on your statement may appear under their name. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@eternity.help from the address on your account with the subject "Refund request". We respond within 2 business days.

6. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be declined for accounts that violated our Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, fraudulent use).
  • Where local consumer law grants you stronger rights than this policy, the law prevails.
