Eternity Cite

Every sentence names the paragraph it came from.

Legal research for advocates who cannot afford a confident mistake. Cite answers from your case files and from Indian case law, pins every point to its paragraph, and removes anything it cannot trace.

Question

What does the lease say about leaving early?

The lessee must give three months' written notice before vacating. Lease deed, p. 4, ¶ 12

Notice served by email counts only if the lessor acknowledges it in writing. Lease deed, p. 4, ¶¶ 13–14

The security deposit is refundable within 30 days of handing over possession. Lease deed, p. 6, ¶ 21

Courts usually waive the notice period for early termination.

Illustrative document. Every citation names the exact page and paragraph.

Built for how advocates check work.

Cited to the paragraph, not the document

Upload judgments, agreements, notices and briefs as PDF, Word or text, including tables that run across pages. Each point names the document, the page and the paragraph: "p. 4, ¶ 12", or a range like "¶¶ 7–8" when the point spans both.

No citation, no answer

In research mode, a sentence that cannot be traced to a paragraph Cite actually retrieved is removed before you see it. You get fewer words, and you can check every one of them. When nothing supports an answer, Cite says so instead of filling the gap.

Precedents, filtered by court

Search Indian case law for related judgments, filtered by court: today the Supreme Court and the Bombay High Court, with more High Courts on request. Authorities are shown in their own panel, never blended into what your documents say. Case law powered by IKanoon.

Holdings, not arguments

Every passage taken from a judgment is labelled by what it is: the court's reasoning, the court's conclusion, the issue framed, or a party's argument marked "not the court's finding". You never quote counsel's submission as if it were the holding.

Tables that survive page breaks

Schedules, payment tables and annexures that run across two PDF pages keep their header and every row, so an answer about clause 7's schedule sees all of it.

Your matter stays yours

Questions about your own files never leave for an external search. When Cite does search case law, it sends the legal issue, never party names or matter facts. Your documents are never used to train any model.

Two sources, two jobs, never mixed.

What your documents say and what the courts have held are different kinds of evidence. Cite keeps them apart, so you always know which one you are reading.
